Recon XL 338

The Recon XL .338 is a full size 1.75” diameter suppressor rated for cartridge rounds of .338″ ( 8.6mm ) diameter or less. Designed with the precision shooter in mind these models are 3D printed one piece and include shims to make sure your suppressor is perfectly in tune with your favorite load. 

The VLB26 baffles utilize Vacuum Expansion (VE) technology which restrict the flow of gas without allowing (significantly reducing) the reverse flow of gases causing “gas blowback”. The gases are compressed in the distal end of the suppressor and relieved via the endcap.  The VLB26 baffles are 3D printed as one piece with the outer shell allowing geometries that are not capable of being machined by conventional machines and are an improvement to the well know VLB25 baffles.  This technology does not require a vented endcap so muzzle flash can remain minimized as much as possible.

With the extreme low gas blowback this suppressor has a different tone than compared with tradition baffle suppressors. The VLB26 baffles may look like a baffle but do not behave like a classic baffle and behave very different.

The Recon XL .338 suppressor comes in direct thread and is HUB compatible using 1 3/8-24 threads on the suppressor body.
