Direct Consumer Returns
Non-NFA Items (Accessories, Parts, etc.)
Eligibility: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with all materials included.
Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to all authorized returns.
Return Authorization: Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any product. Unauthorized returns may incur a higher restocking fee.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit, depending on the situation.
Exclusions: Sale items, gift cards, and items purchased through third-party retailers are not eligible for return.
NFA Items (Suppressors and Other Regulated Products)
Order Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled for a refund within 30 days of purchase and before ATF paperwork has been submitted. A processing/restocking fee of 25% or $200 (whichever is greater) will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
After ATF Submission:
Once ATF paperwork has been submitted, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded except in the event of an ATF denial.
ATF Denial:
If your ATF application is denied, a refund will be issued minus a 25% processing/restocking fee. The NFA item must be returned to the company by the transferring dealer before the refund is processed.
Refunds may be issued as store credit, gift card, or account credit, expiring one year from issuance.
Return Authorization: All returns require prior authorization and an RMA number.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns or exchanges.
Exclusions: NFA items purchased through other retailers are subject to the retailer’s return and cancellation policies.
Note:
